IF you have your business's structured RIGHT, You can use the income without overpaying your "friendly uncle".

1 easy way is with a C corp with the year ending just before harvest.  That way you have a full year to use the money before you have to share the money with your "friendly uncle".

 That way you know what your income looks like for next year because you can see what your crop is going to do.
