....... And pride makes answering yes way easier than no.......
I wish I had answered no. That would mean we had been more successful at buying ground a couple years ago when it was selling for 40% less than it is now.
I think its really hard to attach much meaning to the replies to that poll. To me it seems that a lot of the yes answers could change to no very quickly if the farm next door comes up for sale.
