I'm not sure the poll tells you much about anyone's overall financial picture. Guys in the yes camp may still have significant debt to service. That is not the worse situation to be in if it is well structured. We may be entering a period where cash will be king. If you are in the no camp because you just bought an 80 with cash, you may want to rethink that strategy. In my experience it is best to try to borrow that money when you can get it...... Not when you need it. Terming out some recent capital expenditures and injecting that cash into working capital at this point may be prudent. Even if some just sits in a savings account at times. If things get ugly it will be much easier to keep an existing loan than get a new one. That was my take away from it FWIW.
