Subject: Recent Rains Affecting 2015 Winter Wheat Acres ?

West-Central Missouri
Here we have had about 5" in the past week with more on the way. This has really slowed corn harvest down. We may leave some tracks cutting the rest of the crop. I prefer no-tilling wheat into cornstalks beginning about Oct. 5-10. We are going to need some warm days for the ground to be dry enough to plant by then on the ground we have already cut on dry ground with no tracks. If we have to track it up getting it out, I am not sure i want to work the ground up to plant wheat.
Just wondering how this will affect the wheat acres on the rest of you guys that got or are getting heavy rainfall? Or is it to soon to think about?
