heck figure a corn based cost of gain using $5.60 per bu corn...Heck you have a good feed sale and handsome operating profit for your feedlot puts that gain on at $60cwt Retail.
btw...the cattle still make $300 another per head NET too.
granted you may not be able to spend the winter in the sunny south though.
