Perhaps that's why the usa happens to be thee globe's leading high end middle meat beef ( and pork too ) exporter.

usa can eat peanut butter snadwiches if that's the way you see it.

seems like grind beef and slow broast meats in the usa cannot keep up with demand though.

over 40% more hamburger and slow broast beef served in the usa daily vs 5 years ago.
