just numbers I am talking all your costs if they are 4 dollars a bushel and you can buy for 3.50 which is the case for some out there today a 4 dollar board would normally mean cash at what 3.50 all costs in land ect ect ect if you can buy it for less than that it shud be a no brainer, let someone else take the risk and save yourself some heartache
