bull markets correct 30, 50 62 fibonachi watever that means I picked the lowest chart correction because there are way more factors in the price of land so I used a combination of both I guess charts are a tool to be used and would be kinda interesting to see a 40 year chart of land prices vs corn and beans, a lot less corrections in the land chart probably looks bullish in the chart
