1234, Thanks for digging up the data...No question in my mind, you're right, production/consumption must be a much more robust and reliable number than ending stocks to use. I can easily see the later fluctuating with whatever management of the pipeline. Tara had encouraged looking prior to 2006...It doesn't look like this report goes back that far.
