The only downside to the IVT is the electronic loader control. When your doing precision loader work, it just doesn't feather quite like the mechanical loader control, even with the flow controls turned way down. So for setting a motor and rehanging a feederhouse we use the 6410(16speed) or 6420 (24speed), but for hauling hay and loading trucks I like the 6430 (IVT)
