IL | It's a chain digger for trenching in mains that are 10" and up. The local comercial has at least 2 of them. I saw one time where, to get the main deep enough, they trackhoed a trench wide and deep enough for that machine to fit in, while having the digger 10' deep too. a dozer was back filling right behind. I think it was a 16" main for 2 parcels. I have a main that they trenched in at 10' thru a crown in the field. Had to add the boot extension on the boot behind the chain
