Using a 'cookie cutter' approach to lending is lazy and doing a disservice to there customers.
I have heard that the local Farm Credit is saying they will loan up to $200 an acre for rents, after that you have to use your own cash. I am not a customer, not sure I agree but I do see there point. At least they aren't dictating what rent you should pay, just that you need more skin in the game. | |
