I think you will be happy with  all your upgrades. You have made all the improvements at considerable savings.

Where did you get the tightener blocks and chain guides ? Were the guides cast or steel ? 

Did you do anything inside the gearboxes with the cluster gears ?

Be sure to follow up with how it performs. The poly should help considerably in the down corn.
