Subject: you can't lump Ford and Chevy together comparing ride quality

My son's 06 Chevy 4door dually rides so much better than the 03 Ford that he traded on it there is no comparison. I have not been in on 06 Ford dually to compare, but a neighbor has an 06 350 on single wheels and it rides like it's on steel wheels. The new Chevy is as nice to ride in as any vehicle on the farm including cars. The other thing that really sets the Chevy off is the Allison. That thing is as smooth as glass loaded or empty.

He and a friend went to look at a Dodge just to compare when he decided to trade the Ford before it got out of warranty and they were not impressed with anything about the Dodge except the motor. The other thing they didn't like was how small the back seat was unless you got what Dodge called the mega cab and it was not availible when he went to a dually long bed.
