You wont be able to do it. You need a vapor pump and all the fittings and hoses. The fittings are not something you can get at a hardware store . Call your gas supplier. They will probably pump it for you and will not want you messing with their equipment. Im sure someone here will tell you a way to do it but remember its not your tank to mess with.
