Subject: RE: pendicidus surgery

Coldwater, Michigan
4 am about 7-8 years ago. Dr said it would only take 3 incisions and I would be done. Woke up later that morning and discovered a great big bandage on my RH side. Bowel disintegrated when she grabbed it with lapriscope. Gangrene kept them from sowing me up. I was in hospital a bit over a week before they could get rid of the fever. Two days before I got out they were not getting it to cooperate at all. They were worried and needless to say so was my wife! For a few weeks afterward my wife got to rub some kind of green slime on both sides of the cut twice a day with a long Que-tip. Had a bottle sewn in with a stitch collecting fluid that was dumped a few times a day.

I was glad to get that episode behind me!
