I agree that you don't have to be 70 to have experienced major changes in physical labor... I am in my mid-40s and farmers/farm kids were still scooping lots of ear corn when I was growing up in Maryland... we also handled lots of small square bales multiple times... stacked on the wagon... thrown off the wagon, put on a conveyor, stacked in the barn...

I asked in class how many students had a family member or neighbor 70 or older that they could interview and nearly every hand went up... so we decided to set the bar at 70... if a student tells me that they really want to interview their uncle who is 62, I'll give them the go ahead.
