They were good people to deal with. I bought a trailer direct and had it shipped. Called them and talked for a minute or two to figure out options and (Scott) the salesmen emailed me the paperwork signed and returned it. The trailer below was a special 17,000lb forklift trailer so it had to be special made so two weeks later they call and said it's going to show up on X date at X time and it was here within an hour of the time they figured the week prior. As far as the trailer quality it's what you would expect from any of the manufacturers. Just as good as anything out there, its a trailer right. Nobody in our area can haul a forklift and we are starting to deal in them so that was the reason for our purchase. Makes a great trailer for the mini excavator too. 17.5" tires are the best thing on HD trailer. That's a 14,000lb Hyster on there and it doesn't even squat.
