Ontario's West Coast , Huron County | I know this may cause some to grief but while checking out different contracts I was advised by my lawyer not to sign unless changes were made . Yet I know many who took the same contracts to different lawyers and were told it was o.k. to sign ( Standard Contract ) and given a bill for about $1000.00 dollars . The one contract that was looked at by my lawyer came back with 8 pages of questions and concerns . and the bill was not $1000 . At least if nothing else you knew he read it and did earn his money . Most just wait till your appiontment and then wait to see if there is any thing you might question . Then move on to tell you it is the standard contract .
If you are that close to losing your farm that the little bit of money that you might get from a turbine lease is going to save you .... You either do not know what your debt load is or you are dreaming !!
