Van Meter IA | Just had the same deal happen on a truck that we were selling. They tell you that they will give you full asking price. Then when you set up your paypal account, they deposit the whole amount into it plus x amount of dollars for shipping. "Paypal sends you an email (watch all of the grammatical errors in it) telling you that the money was deposited and all they need you to do is pay the shipping. When you ask the foreigner why you are paying the shipping, he will tell you it is because he doesn't have a Western Union close enough to him. When you argue he will accuse you of being dishonest and he would have never done the deal if he knew you were that dishonest. Tell him that you have handed all of the emails over to the security department at Paypal and the conversation is over! | |
