no welfare payments on this farm!!!!!!!! | great point, the point of the post is to think about it before they make that mistake. thinking about things 5 and 10 years down the road. does someone want to back out of a contract because they might loose $50k when that could come back to haunt them worse then a credit card. what if every one of your competitors knew you backed out of a contract, they will tell every land owner they every see to use that against you. its a tuff world out there and bad things will come back to haunt you. be careful with your decisions, will you be able to stay in the game and what is the best long term decision. some dont think a mans word has any value anymore, heck some think a contract doesnt have value anymore, where do you want your values to be when you meet st peter? stay in the game for the long haul!!! |
