Eastern Arkansas
Put 2 people with all tools in backhoe bucket and raise it up from underneath. Pick up with slight pressure on pipe on the long side of the pipe wih track hoe, I just wrap a chain around the pipe. Loosen bottom 3 bolts all the way but do not remove. Take all the rest of the bolts completely out. Raise pipe a little until you get a gap. Takeaway few 3/4 bolts that are 1 inch long and have the end ground to a v like a chisel and hammer them in he gap to spread it out more. Do this around the sides and bottom leaving the top open. Once gap is wide enough clean out old gasket and drop new ones in. If gap will not get wide enough you might have to replace 3 bolts 1 at a time with longer bolts. They make new gaskets that don't go completely around the bolt and will drop right into place.

Clear as mud right. I usually replace 10 to 12 a year and this is what works for me.

To prevent this from happening in the future buy Reinke pivots. They have enclosed orings rather than gaskets.

If it's just a year old I would make whoever put it up come fix it.

Actually I misunderstood after looking at the picks it looks like its on the end past the end tower. I don't have any idea how to fix it.
