Around here some of the village hwy dept. collect leaves from the streets. People rake their yards to the curb. They are always looking for farmers who will let them dump in their feilds. Make sure you tell them you don`t want any litter mixed in. Plastic doesn`t help % OM.
This may require you to do some kind of cultivation. If your hardcore notill all this res. may be a problem.
You could notill some kind of cover after the corn comes off also.
