Ontario's middle east | The rail issue is very much alive and well in the "no beans" saga. I know a guy in ND that says he can originate beans. The problem is, if he sells the beans, pays big basis to the producer and the rail doesn't perform, the crusher is going to hold his feet to the fire and claw back the premium for missing the deadline. There's not much point in making other peoples problems your problem. Way too much risk for a little reward. | |
