The were looking at some satellite pictures one time of Russian military on maneuvers in the Warsaw Pact countries and one of the analyst ask him if he noticed anything interesting about a particular picture. When he answered "No" the analyst responded, " See that soldier standing next to the tank, he hasn't shaved in three days."
