See the thread from yesterday, I believe they tweaked the rule a bit where you aren't even supposed to use it for decisions on your own frm. The way it read you can fly it around your field, heck even photograph it, but can't use the data to make decisions.

Sorry-that is stupid.

"commercial" I would understand as flying others fields for profit. Gray area I know-but the way they are stating it is like saying you can spray weedkiller on your field-but only if there are no weeds.
