Two Chinese Buyers with some major commitments on the books of beans have been denied Letters of Credit from the Chinese Government and those the Chinese Banks.

How much is there to this IDK but has been on the WIRE so to speak

i thought china was moving away from the centralized bank? How much reserve do they have right now?
