SW Iowa | I'm afraid our USDA has become the same bloated, out of control, lose cannon that all our government alphabet agencies have become. It will take a significant upheaval of our entire government system to ever get it under control, and I just do not see that coming any time soon. We are all but the BTO's becoming serfs at protecting our proprietary rights. It just seems like we are bent over so many times in so many different ways, it is easier to carry a bar of soap to help, then stand and fight it.
