The only reason I visit the site is because of people like blu who are kind enough to share their work. People I can learn from and respect. The back and forth he said - she said sucks, and is such a waste of time. And yes, it has got much worse with lower prices.
I have done 100 percent better job of understanding markets thanks to a select few on here. Your time is not free, I thank u for it.
