OK seriouslyyyyyyyyyy,,,,,,,,I just talked to my techy guy on this stuff,he knows this stuff up one side and down the other. His answer was "it depends"

Precision Planting (cant's spell this morning), PP in there agreement,,,it says that data is THEIRS once it is up loaded....... PP is owned by Monsanto,which also owns Climatic Corp. Tink its a can of snakes ! ! !
