swminn | I used to be in the restaurant business . Still have a good friend as manager. In his large food chain they can only raise the menu price either 1/2 or 1 percent at a time. I asked him how this price of beef is affecting them. He said the beef price is not the reason the menu prices have been going up. He said the seafood has tripled in the last year or so. In their chain the menu has to go up as a whole, they cant just put the price of seafood up. | |
