southern MN | Good supplies of grains it looks like, but meat in the USA is high priced.
Applebee's had a new menu last evening, looked like everything up $.75-1 a meal.
Grocery store has pretty high prices on beef and pork.
That is not a road to increased demand........
We will get there, but not here, not now.
Dollar is going higher for now, so export markets might not be quite as excited by dropping grain prices as one would hope.
Whole lot of unrest in the Middle East and Isreal area, that often tempers all markets.....
I am not doom and gloom, but short term rest of this year, I donno what drives the market up? Don't see anything to hang a hat on.
