NE SD

SD set a record at 151 in 2009 with essentially perfect weather for raising crops across the entire state other than it froze to early for the GDUs we had accumulated. Other than that SD has never broke 138. We may break 138 and get into the low 140s but the weather this year has been far from perfect across much of the state.
