| Now on my farm, July 4th my soybeans look like dog poop, would have gladly sold them for 30 bushels and acre,,,if you want them now its 45 bushels. Last year was a BEAUTIFUL dryland bean crop here.. this year has favored more of the corn.. golly there's some really stressed beanies out here.. been pushing 100 and wind.. other day was 101 with 30+ mph sustained for the better part of the afternoon.. this has been going on now for roughly 2 weeks.. (I know.. it's August.. in Kansas..) but last year's beautiful dryland bean crop is going up in smoke this year.. "here." Probably will not TOTALLY offset ND.. hmmm... We're about 5,950 ND - 4,190 Ks = 1,760 acres behind ya.. NO WAY we do that 36 bu this year.. ?? Heck you guys might even beat us on yield at 32.. which I assume your raising now..??
