WC MN | According to what AgResource group put out today, and anything I can find as far as extended forecasts, it looks like most all of the areas that need extra time this fall to reach maturity will get it. ARG put chances at less than 5% of an early frost event and in their thoughts the worst case scenario would be an average first frost date. I would like to get to October 1st or so at least and it looks like maybe that will be possible. The September 9th time frame will be OK as well (full moon). I hope this information comes to pass.
I suppose now that I put this out there it will freeze in 2 weeks, but I'm hopeful it will not as we will have a very nice crop if we make maturity. | |
