So what damage would a frost have if it hit like it looks like tonight.
Will it stop at the USA border or drop down as far as SD and ND and Minnesota.
would a mild frost hurt things on the other side of the border or just not.
In Canada most crops need two to three weeks this is not a good situation.
Time will tell.
