only problem is, the USDA & it's magic wand in some warped 5th dimensional way can and will trump all the other factors?
how a market made up of thousands of worldly participants with many of them paying top dollar for data woefully capitulates to a Gov. Agencies ramblings, is simply stunning. even those living under rocks these days know how inept Gov. is at managing anything, let alone the 2nd Largest expenditure in the nation's treasury
