When you buy a $1500 rear end and then they write you a check for $500 for rent.... well let's just say $500 never looked so small. I've personally let friends "borrow" my truck. Always nervous about it, and won't do it for just any "friend". Must be the responsible type. I like the idea of renting the truck but not the insurance.
