Ditto, Dave! Dad used to tell me and my friend every time we added something to his '72 Chevy C10 "That's the beginning of the end!" Dad was pretty much right. The rear end went out from us burning donuts with oversize tires and leaving the signature of he tires by backing up in reverse and dropping into drive on the blacktop.Friend finally rolled the pickup and wrecked it good. He fell asleep driving because he got gassed by the leaky headers. And he had a nasty bump on his head from smashing one of the 8-track speakers mounted on the roof interior! Most of the stuff I drive is something Wilson would be comfortable with. Newest outfit I drive is a '90 Jimmy pickup with the big block. It has plenty of HP for me (and an appetite to match!) No diesels around here except for the tractors which all pretty much do light duty compared to their HP.
