The dyna 4 tranny has a really good reputation as being efficient and problem free. The MF's did have trouble with bottom and top of clutch switches but like 5 revised parts numbers on they seem to have it sorted. I think closed centre hyd is only optional on those machines so think about it if you have planters etc set up for closed centre. The open centre ones have a option for twinflow pumps - look for a blue switch on the console, they really rip doing loader work with that engaged, sends all flow from both pumps to the loader.

I've got the older small model the 5455 with a perkins, that newer one I think is a sisu diesel that has a pretty good reputation. Also careful about pto options, often base models have interchangable shafts and not shiftable pto's. Optional shiftable 540/1000 and eco. You can add it later but its a bit of work.
