Yep, we bought a 4,000 hour 70XT sight unseen online 18 months ago and we've put over 600 hours on it now without anything other than regular servicing. 

My suggestion is to not spend too much on the machine itself because it's not hard to spend 10K on attachments to put on it.  If funds are tight I'd rather have a little cheaper loader with a nice assortment of attachments and then upgrade the loader when funds allow.
