I get a kick out of reading the til/no-til arguments every once in awhile. You no tillers seem to be so defensive about what you do. If it works well for you then by all means keep doing it. If the other guys ground responds well to v-ripping and his crops are better, why wouldn't he do it? This nonsense of losing or reversing all the good several years of no-tilling did by one pass with a v-ripper is ridiculous. I would agree that a pass with a ripper wet will do a lot of damage.
