I'm surprised by the attitude on here towards Bankers. I have said for years that in order to make money in this business you need a Good Wife, Good Banker, Good Tax Man/Attorney, and Good Crew. In that order. A good Banker can/will do a lot to keep your loans structured properly which can save a lot on rates and make it easier to grow.
