| I agree. Dont burn a bridge if possible. Sometimes the complaints can get misunderstood. I never used to have to spend so much time on the phone before hand, but anymore I have to really do a lot of question asking about the charges before I have anyone do any work. Last "professional"???ROTF:-).......I guess anyone can use that title nowdays, that worked on my combine was a laughable mistake and will never work on it again. If I'm going to pay to educate and tool someone, it may as well be me.
