N FLA | I feel like we are dipping here. Lots of cows 1.05-1.10 today. A few weeks ago I would have said mostly 1.15-1.20. I am starting to see more of the 750x0.70 that I like. But I don't think the timing is right. I will get into it in September. A few weeks ago packers were really chasing those up. Now not really, so I think things are changing whether they are completely reflected in numbers I don't know. They get one by default I guess. I've turned a lot of those into heavy bred cows that should raise a $1000 calf. | |
