Daryl, I've had the same thing happen to me. Unfortunately, you have to play by their rules(which I agree are extremely expensive for a mistake like that). You just do the math and see what works best for you. Pay the fee and switch or just by another set of tickets(not necessarily from the same source) and don't use the first set. Which ever is cheapest and works best for your schedule.
