Brings back memories of when we had a grass strip. Dad had a little Piper Cub for a while and then he and his brother had a Vagabond. His brother was a doctor in Denison and loved to fly up to visit my grandmother (who lived in the house I now occupy). Dad often got calls this time of year to help spot cattle out in cornfields.
