Got lost on a back road 40 years ago in Alberta . Was heading to Wainright up a back country road cross country . Map said showed a road that was not there . Stopped in a farmers yard to clarify directions . Map was wrong . Farmer then started in on the metric system . He was angry . An older fellow . Couldn't figure out the liters per hex acre rate for spraying . He loved pints per acre per gallons of water . Agree that we need to change . Medical profession has always been metric . check out your vaccination for livestock . always CC's per application. (per lbs of animal ) Complex system . | |
