ND | I think if all Mag guys checked with there dealer shop forman you'd find on a transmission overhaul not all gears are available only because since CIH ownership changed hands to Mother FIAT they must have decided you need a new MX. Had a CIH 9330 with hyd's that would not run a Deere CCS planter-just a 12 row -so in a pinch a 40 series Deere did just fine-Mechanics said CIH has engine driven HYD's but with old series Deere & 8000 Deere you can run at an idle-ever wonder why CIH planters want to get sold with pto pump hyd? Deere still has parts for a A,B,& D putt putt. I suppose Deere will change but when you can't buy some gears & they want to sell you a $30000 reman drop in transmission-you won't be Mag happy. | |
