Good thing you caught that Don G, or we would all be blaming Trimble, John Deere, or WAAS for crappy guidance, again...........................

Active NANUs advise that GPS satellites PRN-03, PRN-15, and PRN-29 are off-line until further notice:

Those 3 GPS satellites do make a big difference in DOP and number of GPS sats visible over 24 hour period here. I ran Trimble's planning software with satellites G03,G15,and G29 deselected then ran it with all 3 selected to see that. I also ran it with elevation mask angle at 5 degrees then at 12 degrees, that confirmed your comment that 12 degree elevation mask will not be kind to RTK users during this 3 satellite outage period.
